Positive: Location was wonderful. Rae was very efficient and helpful. House was well set-up with kitchen appliances and utensils. Great to have access to games and beach equipment. Grandkids had a ball at the beach with the boogie boards. Bedrooms were a bit hot of a night time - a ceiling fan in the middle bedroom would have been better than the pedestal fan. Proximity to shops, cafes and Jamberoo Water Park was excellent.

Positive: The location was excellent - quiet , beachfront, easy walk into Shellharbour village and a short drive to supermarket. Everything worked and instructions at the house were clear.
Negative: There was a lot of crockery/cutlery/ glasses available but some had not been washed properly before putting in cupboards. Maybe some rationalisation of the large collection would make it easier for cleaners to ensure guests had put things away clean

Positive: The location was fantastic. Short walk into town and the beach was so close. I would stay again. I loved that I could take my Dogs first time they have been away with us.
Negative: There were 2 issues that wouldn't stop me from staying again. My dogs could get under the gate even with the bricks there and they cleared the side gate. The other was the front bedroom was so hot and the air conditioner didn't make it that far. Overall had a wonderful time with my family and pets.

Positive: Great location near the beach. Older style beach house but comfortable. Close walk to the shops and restaurants and pubs. Nice outdoor area.
Negative: A few cockroaches were about so food had to be kept in the fridge.
