This 1950's beach house is opposite Shelly beach and is a short walk to Bateau Bay restaurants, Bowling club, Tuggerah Lakes Golf club and Shelly Beach Surf Club & Cafe. Ideal accommodation when attending functions at any of the these clubs
The house has 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds.
We have a modern kitchen with full cooking facilities including four burner gas BBQ, dishwasher and laundry with washing machine and two bathrooms and an outside beach shower.
Fantastic surfing, snorkeling and fishing directly opposite at what the locals call Muncha's, a section of Shelly Beach
We have a fenced back yard for your pet and just a short walk to the dog friendly beach.
The house is opposite the start of the Costal Walk which takes you through the Wyrrabalong National Park past Crackneck Lookout to Foresters Beach.

Summary: Thank you so much Michael. 5 min walk from great coffee shop (dog friendly), 1min walk to regular beach, less than 10min walk to off-leash dog beach. Great little enclosed backyard for our dog. It was just me, my partner and my dog. However this house is so well equipped for a family to stay. Big fridge, great sized kitchen. Big family table out the front, out the back and inside. Big comfy couch. It has beach shack vibes. Board games. Big tv. We enjoyed our little getaway.

Summary: Good location and good communication with property manager. Older accommodation. Creaky floorboards which usually wouldn’t be an issue but can be if you have a baby. Needed to manually close the blinds because the turning rod was broken. The light in the room also turned on randomly at night in the front room. Bed in front room, not fixed to the wall and moves. The fans are great as there is no air con. Needs several updates. Dated accom, but location is good.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Shelly Beach House. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need. We travelled as two families with two toddlers and two dogs. Ceiling fans in every room to keep cool in this warm weather.

Summary: The location of the house is fantastic but the house itself feels very neglected. The electrical wiring is such that if you turn on the light in any bedroom the lights in all the other bedrooms also come on - which of a night with sleeping kids wasn’t ideal. The house is advertised as accommodating up to 6 people and yet there were only 2 bowls in the kitchen. The house did not feel overly clean and walking on the floor barefoot left us with black feet. The house just feels run down. The location is the best thing about the property.
