Summary: Great 3 days! Loved the pool thought was neat to be able to swim in and outside without getting out the water. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom/shower area was a bit small. We didn't have actually size towels the first night. ( had wash clothes hand towels but people size ) We also had a queen size comforter on a king size bed the second night. But over all great stay.

Summary: The hotel needs a refresh. The hallway smelled of urine and cigarettes. Bathroom in the room looked like mold was starting to form. Door didn’t shut all the way. Side doors for the hotel don’t have locks, so if you don’t have a hotel key you can just walk in. Pool area was not cleaned the whole weekend we were there. The only positive is the employees were friendly.

Summary: Ice hotel that I have been staying when I come to this areas, almost every time after I tried many others in this neighborhood in the last 15 years. This one is my favorite.

Summary: The room is not clean. Fridge has left over food. There are some empty bottle behind the tv stand and very dusty. The lamp stand cover is broken. Only has one tower for the bathroom. When we first get into the room the fridge has left over, ask room service for clean up, but no one come. The second day call again. They finally send someone to clean it.

Summary: Great location. Beautiful hotel with some great amenities. I was particularly grateful for the hotel restaurant and bar. Easy parking. My two concerns: 1). Unprofessional front desk employees (9 pm on May 15). 2) the hotel didn't provide a business center or printers for guests who are traveling for business.

Summary: The front desk attendant Kooshan was fantastic . He was attentive , kind and very professional. He’s a very valuable employee .. despit so many people at the front desk at a very busy parents weekend he managed all with utmost efficiency and professionalism. Best, Hannah

Summary: We were staying here while in town for a couple of days. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, order delivery or go out if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.
