The dining room has a 6-seater table. The living room has two sofas, a bay window and TV. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and two walk-in closets. Both the second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and spacious closets. Full bath in hallway, fully remodeled with tub/shower, vanity/sink & toilet. The second full bath is fully remodeled and has a spacious subway tile shower, vanity sink and toilet. Mudroom/laundry room with washer and dryer. All doors have original glass knob hardware. The activity room has table tennis for entertainment. When you step outside, enjoy a marble patio with a 6-seater dining table, BBQ grill and fenced in backyard perfect for hosting events. Screened in BBQ shack with built-in brick grill in rear of property and firepit in the backyard.
