Summary: Lovely place. Accommodated a late check out, super friendly on phone and in-person. No problems with app booking. Beautiful lobby.

Summary: Breakfast was great and included if you get the suite. The sausage was delicious my daughter liked the eggs and the boys liked the options. Pool is a good size also great temperature. My wife loved the bed and pillows she slept in each night. Family of rabbits running around which was cute. Staff were great, shower was nice. Bad- the pullout mattress had a giant stain. The walk to the pool unless you’re on the 2nd floor is a hike. Wi-Fi isn’t free and neither is the parking. Overall for the price not. Cool that they had Starbucks but my wife said it was just average Tip. If you book the suite or have vip status you get access to a vip room with complimentary drinks and food in the afternoon. Kids loved it my daughter ran around eating berries and a banana (she’s 1)

Summary: I will NEVER stay at a Sheridan hotel again. I only stayed there this past weekend because I was attending a tax lien event. After spending over $700 for a 3 day stay, then being forced to pay $17 each day to park you would think that they could at least provide/serve you complimentary breakfast. I went to the ice machine on 3 different occasions only to find the machine was empty. Saturday night I listened to kids run up & down the hallway for hours till I finally had enough & was “ding dong ditched” (kids banging on my door) after 1140pm I called the front desk to make them aware of the kids running up & down the hallway on my floor (2). Front desk clerk at check in was cordial & welcoming. At check out the front desk lady was nice.

Summary: The initial staff obviously were tired at checkin. The hotel itself is nice and Clean. Price point at restaurant comparable to eating nearby. My daughter got a newer shower glass door etc. Our room had the old school tub and curtain she stayed in 137 us in 133. Parking charge kinda ridiculous. This is not a urban area like NYC or Boston proper. First floor was quiet. Did have to ask for liquid soap when maid came. But we did feel safe and gas and food options nearby. I do think the price point was high. But the Coldplay concert was occuring. Every hotel went up. If we go in area again. We will stay here. Close to Boston and Gillette stadium.

Summary: A hotel that does not have laundry facilities is not a hotel to me, I like to do my laundry on long stays. Not have it done but to do it myself and they do not have this, also hidden charge they charge you 17.00 to park! Umm room is over 200 a night then add that hidden charge! Never again Sheraton, never again oh and no A/C in the hallways or elevator and in Mass in a heat wave! You shower take a walk and have to shower again

Summary: We spent two nights at the hotel, which was comfortable. However, I don't think I would stay again. There was not much parking, the parking the hotel had was an additional $17 per night, however, when we parked, we had to put a credit card into the system to pay before leaving, which charged an additional $27 So, it turned out to be $44 per night in parking.
