Summary: The mattress and pillows were way too soft from my liking. I would, however, like to meet the “genius” engineer, who decided that when you turn the heat down in your room, you don’t just wait for it to get cooler, but the air conditioning comes on! That is the stupidest thing I have ever seen in a hotel.

Summary: Room was an ada room, it was loud you could hear every toilet flush in all the nearby rooms, bathroom floor was so dirty and there was some kind of mold on the wall under the sink.

Summary: Charging $17 per night for parking for overnight staying customers seemed unreasonable. Room had no bar soap and the coffee pod was already opened when we checked in. Pool was great for the kids.

Summary: Horrible house keeping! I stayed at this hotel in Needham from 4/16-4/18. First day room was cleaned except the sheets and blankets had dirty stains on them and the pillows cases were dirty as well. Next day room was not cleaned and same dirty sheets and pillowcases were on the bed, and no towels. When I addressed the issue at the front desk, the concierge was too busy giving me excuses instead of getting the problem resolved. I was told the room was not cleaned because I extended my stay for an extra day. I guess when staying for longer than one day expect your room not to get cleaned. If you choose to stay at this hotel, bring your own clean sheets and pillow cases . On a good note the hotel is nice, clean some of the staff is friendly except HOUSE KEEPING IS NOT THE BEST. Parking is not free $17 daily.

Summary: Quick check in process, clean hotel lobby & room, our room was missing bath towels and soap. Bed was very comfortable. Kind of frustrating that parking isn't included with the price of the stay, and the parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of
