Positive: All staff members were very nice. I lost my bag during check out and realized only when I was on train! They help us posted it back! The room and all facilities were very clean. Rate 10/10

Positive: Spacious rooms, short walk away from downtown’s busiest streets, nice gym and awesome staff!

Negative: The hotel is clean but getting tired. My room’s AC wasn’t really cooling the room even at 16C. It was manageable, but this must be taken care of.

Negative: Central air control, so can’t control the room temperature by guest.
