Summary: The employees were very accommodating and polite The room was very clean and the bed was soooo comfortable

Summary: The service when I first checked in was excellent. The issues came the next day when I noticed the shower was leaking. Instead of them communicating to me that they would be moving me to a different room the water was just shut off and I found out as I was getting ready to take a shower. I called the front office and was told I wasn’t supposed to be able to get into my room. I advised I did get into my room and needed to know what was going on. I was then told what they expected was for me not to be able to get into my room and then I would come back downstairs and then they would tell me what was going on. In my opinion that is not a logical form of communication, letting the customer know up front seems to help. When I got to the new room the TV didn’t work. Thankfully they were able to switch it out quickly.

Summary: Microwave should be at room. Water get stuck in the bathtub during shower. Otherwise everything was good

Summary: The hotel was very hit and miss. The lobby and main areas looked very clean and well kept but we were disappointed to find the pool closed in June, considering I specifically looked for a hotel with a pool. Management did provide us with day passes for a pool at a nearby hotel to make up for it. In the room, our fridge did not work and the bathroom door was difficult to keep closed. Lastly the ice machine on our floor was not working, and the ice machine on the next floor smelled horrible, to the point that I decided to go buy a bag of ice instead.
