Summary: Great hotel and amenities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy to get to and not expensive at all ($18/day)

Summary: We stayed on one of the club floors. The club lounge was closed for the first two days, but they gave us breakfast in the restaurant and a free appetizer each in the bar. The front desk staff were very kind, and a special shoutout to the evening bartender at the lounge. The hotel connects to Jackson Square shopping mall, which is super convenient. Unfortunately there are quite a few homeless people camped out around that area but they didn’t seem to pester people. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Summary: Inside the hotel it is very nice and clean, our room had everything it needed and we were happy to see the housekeeper stopped by to make our beds and give us fresh towels. The only downside to staying here is the parking is tricky to find and in the garage it smelled like a dumpster. You have to go through the mall to get to the hotel from the parking garage and it didn’t feel that safe, it is not a super nice mall.

Summary: I did not like the location of the hotel of it being in downtown Hamilton (felt very unsafe), however, the staff were friendly. When I first checked in the room, the tv did not work and they were able to relocate me to the next room which was easy. I did not like that they have carpet but the hotel was conveniently conjoined to the Hamilton Convention Centre which allowed me and my family to not have to go outdoors with our sporting gear. In addition, there are 2 nice restaurants and a nice bar inside the hotel which were reasonable priced and the food was very good!
