Summary: The only thing that saves this hotel is the spa and breakfast. The hotel room had not been cleaned properly prior to us checking in. There were cigarette butts graciously left on the balcony, things left in the bedside table drawer, no hand soap by the sink, only lotion, one bathrobe and two towels for 3 people checking in. Hotels are usually disappointing and this hotel is the same - disappointing with nothing but a “sorry”. Hand soap was requested two times but did not receive it. Went to the supermarket to buy our own

Summary: I wanted to give it 5 stars until my Stanley waterbottle was stolen by a staff member which was confirmed by Aurelia. The hotel itself is beautiful. Has everything you need and great location. Parking is free right outside the doors so no need to pay their prices.
