Summary: The hotel is obviously in the middle of an upgrade so some things appeared old/outdated, BUT the room and bathroom were clean and quiet, and the staff were all very pleasant. It’s apparent they do care about the place. The location was very convenient to food and entertainment. Would stay here again

Summary: Outdoor pool was not opened and was drained. Very disappointing since that’s one of the reasons why we chose Sheraton.

Summary: I was very impressed with the cleanliness decorations and style of Sheraton. We felt unsafe walking from the parking lot into the hotel. A group of about 12 male teenagers was goofing around and roughhousing. We didn’t know if they would pull out weapons, or break into some altercation, even perhaps approach us. Late one morning we asked the front desk to deliver new sets of fresh towels to our room. We were sure they would be. By 6 o’clock, no towels were delivered. I went back down to the front desk and waited another five minutes. Eventually there were delivered. I was disappointed.
