Summary: it was not good the bed was so squeaky the first night , did tell the front desk nothing was done so i slept on the floor the 2nd night . the shower was blocked as well , did tell the front desk still blocked the 2nd night.

Summary: Booked a king room. Upon arrival I was put into a dank, dingy, moldy room in the basement!!! The room was not fit for habitation. Had to very firmly request a change which was met with significant resistance. After much conversation, post coming off a 10hr flight, landing at 9am and waiting until 2pm to check in, the room was changed to what I had booked. This should not have happened. Certainly disappointed and dissatisfied with the Sheraton brand in Offenbach.
