Negative: The staff went on strike and nothing was offered as a comp for the disruption and lack of replacement food options We were giving a room that had an adjoining door and we could hear the room next door like they were right beside us

Positive: The room was clean, bathroom was nice and clean, and the view was amazing especially at night.
Negative: The blanket on the bed had what looked like dried blood stains on it so we didn’t use it. Just used the sheets. Also a room that can have up to4 people in it only had 2 towels. Easy fix though obviously just asked for more.
Summary: There was a strike going on outside Sunday from the employees, but everything was great.

Negative: Department of health closed down all of their restaurants. I specifically booked this hotel since it was a full-service hotel. there was also no hot water when we took a shower.

Positive: The people were very pleasant.
Negative: The hotel is a little dated, and it showed in small but expected ways: plastic cups, nightstands without any drawers, some rather rough and ragged towels, and, most importantly, no safes in the rooms (a big letdown).
Summary: Location was perfect for our needs and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Positive: The breakfast buffet was excellent. I had a veggie omelet. The front desk personnel were exceptional.
Negative: The choices at the restaurants were limited. There wasn't enough choices for vegetarians are people on restrictive diets. Needed more choices of soups, fruit, and non fried foods.
Summary: The stay was pleasant. I would use Sheraton again.
