Summary: Room condition was great. Staff at front desk at check in were great. The $30 "breakfast" upstairs was really really bad. Not much of a sitting area. Not great food. Construction crews chatting loudly. I know there were renovations, but don't charge $30.... The staff were really nice. The meal.... not so great.

Summary: We had an excellent stay. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're visiting UPenn. This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to campus.

Summary: The receptions were an AMAZING , that morning we decided to walk to Sabrina’s AMAZING breakfast place. I might say. We would not have made it back at 11 for checkout so we called and asked for a late check out. She said sure . We were so pleased we could enjoy our breakfast without rushing. I will definitely be back. Thank you Sheraton.

Summary: I had a one night stay at the hotel they put us on the eighth floor when they had construction going on on the seventh floor. Evidently doing a total remodeling We were woken at 7 AM by scratching noises and then at nine the jackhammer went off.
