Summary: Great stay. Owners were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts offered to make French toast for my nephew after he finished his meal. I joined in on that and it was amazing. On trolley line. Stop is basically in front of B&B. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely stay there next time in Philly.

Summary: Good place to stay, and it's nice if you're independent, for example, we could get drinks any time from the common areas downstairs. Quiet, neat, and peaceful. We did not have to worry about parking. The managers were friendly and personable, and sent personal texts the day we were scheduled to arrive, which was a friendly touch. The breakfast was delicious! We've stayed there twice and would not consider anywhere else when we go back to Philadelphia.
