Negative: Worn out furniture that should be replaced, stain on couch and carpet. The bathtub needs reglazing, caulking, replaced or something. There are no vending machines for drinks at the ice machine. Drinks sold by the front desk were outrageously priced... $8 for a bottle of Aquafina water???

Positive: Heated pool and Bistro restaurant next door were great.
Negative: The room was highly dissatisfying. Torn up carpet, no ventilation in the bathroom, headboard had tears and inappropriate markings. No ice machine on our floor, and bathroom shelving was missing.

Positive: Nevertheless we had a two-room suite it was old and not as clean as we expected. There was no cold water in a bathroom faucet (it was broken), there was no soap in the bathroom, the living room sink was clogged (the water didn’t flow through).

Positive: Pool area was good but rooms need a lot of updating. Hope Sheraton will renovate soon. It’s a great location and great pool area but needs to renovate hotel/courtyard rooms and revitalize their restaurant on site.
