Summary: Comfortable large/full service hotel. Very spacious room. Most of it had been renovated but the toilets were old and very low. Ordering food for pick up was confusing, tagged it with the wrong time and I had no idea when it would be ready, nor do they notify you. Shuttle service is great.

Summary: The safe did not work, the phone did not work, the housekeeping staff was rude, parking up to $40/day. Booked a King through Hotels.com they put us in a room with 2 twin beds. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Summary: I made a special request that was not contacted upon arrival, so we had to change rooms. And then I reached out to property manager regarding room condition of new room. Tv didn’t work, room not clean, sticky floors, counter tops on dressers had cup rings and were obviously not cleaned. The worst part is the room smelled like smoke and mildew. We checked in on Friday and left Sunday early morning. There was dirty plates on our floor that never got picked up the entire time. Again, property manager didn’t reach back out.

Summary: It was good. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The elevator in the far right was doing something weird where it wasn’t opening but kept going up and down. Other than that, no complaints

Summary: Was only here for one night because I had a late arrival into Chicago. Room was very spacious and clean. The bar area was really nice. Breakfast in the morning was good and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely stay again.
