Positive: I made a rushed reservation due to a flight cancellation. This was my first stay at a Staybridge so I had no expectations, I was just looking for a room with shuttle service back to O'Hare. The shuttle was fast and efficient, check-in was easy, there was a small shop with food and drinks available even with my late arrival. In the room, the small kitchenette was really nice and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I will seek out Staybridge properties in the future.
