Summary: Thank you for another nice stay. One or two suggestions. The airport shuttle service could use a review of practice just not sure what goes on there. Housekeeping please LOOK under beds. We found a used condom wrapper as we checked the room on the way out.

Summary: Our room was great. Very spacious for my family. Love that it had a king room and a real bed for the kids. Not just a pullout couch. AC didn’t seem to be very cold though. Room felt warm.

Summary: The hotel is great, the room is huge and very convenient close to the airport with free complimentary shuttle. Even the breakfast with no much options it is good and enough. I had a personal unexpected issue and had to check-out before my original stay and the reservation team was amazing accepting that and the refund was processed by Hotels.com

Summary: The stay overall was really good. The service at the front desk and the restaurant, were great. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the wi-fi did not work in our room, and when it worked the signal was very weak.
