Positive: Excellent stay in a very well maintained property.We booked the villa for a period of two days but with the hospitality and serene climate we felt the stay should have been extended. 1. The staff led by caretaker Mr Arun and his wife ,an humble couple who made sincere efforts to ensure comfortable stay for us. 2.Breakfast options are limited but the poha and upma made by Mrs Arun is a must try. 3.With chillness in the air Mr Arun took every effort to make us warm by arranging firewood for the bonfire. 4.Privacy provided is 100 %.No unwanted indulgence till asked by you. 5.The resort next to the property provides excellent food. 6.At last I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the owner COL BHOSALE and his son who were at prompt to any query that was directed towards them. Thanks Thanks Thanks! Looking forward to revisit again after such a great stay my family has pinned you in there favourites.

Positive: Breakfast was very basic. The location was noisy.

Negative: Sound of traffic and guests in the nearby hotel. Uncomfortable chairs. No choice of channels on TV. Poor mobile connectivity.

Summary: Comfortable, but the furniture and fittings could be better.
