Summary: This was a quick overnight trip. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little dated, but has been kept up very well. We had a King bed room and when we walked in we were surprised to see the size of the room was huge with a separate living room area with a wet bar and second television. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Older hotel but it was very spacious. Nice large room a little outdated but very clean. I was walking distance to a brewery and several restaurants just needed a place to stay for the night and the front desk. Staff was very kind.

Summary: My understanding is that Shiloh is a chain that has been contracting for several years. This location is a very affordable and comfortable stop for a trip that we take every summer from Southern California up to Eastern Washington. The contraction I mentioned is apparent in that they run very lean at this point. On this trip, it was more apparent. There were items left in the fridge from the previous occupants, and there was insufficient toilet paper in the bathroom upon our arrival (front desk responded quickly with more). I think they are keeping their costs as low as possible, which is understandable and makes the affordability possible, but they need to be careful that basic services don't suffer.

Summary: Nice hotel, but I think if the staff can be more friendly with a smile that would be great. Check out was great, and the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly with smile :)

Summary: We were able to get a first floor room for Our disabled son, but all the luggage dollies were taken and held in people’s rooms, so it was hard for us to get our luggage and items to our room. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the receptionist could only give us a Febreze bottle to spray in the room. The breakfast was a ‘to go’, and they had a lot of options, but I was hoping for a hot breakfast! So it was a little disappointing!

Summary: The staff didn’t care about the guest checkin at all. I was simply handed over keys to my room, without any details of when’s the checkout, what’s the breakfast time, what are the hotel amenities - nothing. The room was decent. However you can easily hear if anyone was to walk upstairs of your room. No hot breakfast, everything was frozen/to-go type. The room had a bed smell though. As soon as you enter your face will make a frowned expression.

Summary: Free breakfast was disappointing. Nothing made fresh like the last time I stayed. The person above me spent the evening dragging stuff around and stomping. No insulation between floors. The front desk handed out my room keys to someone checking in after me. They actually walked into the room before realizing there was a mistake. Front desk blamed it on our last names being similar. Whatever.
