This Townhouse is located beach block in Gardner's Basin. You will have beautiful bay views you will also be in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the Atlantic City Aquarium , famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, charter fishing boats, parks, miniature golf and fishing areas. You will be a short ride to casinos, water park and convention center. You can park your car in the driveway and forget about driving for the remainder of your stay if you wish. This is the only vrbo rental I own and your happiness is my number one priority! :-)

Summary: Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was perfect, only steps from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and very well maintained. Our host was always in communication with us and there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great location and clean rental.

Summary: My wife and I live in Arizona for half the year. So are two sons and their wives and their kids wanted to have a reunion at the shore. So we had six adults and two children aged 13 and four the layout of the house Was perfect for our needs. It’s such a short walk to the beach, and even the beginning of the Atlantic City Boardwalk is nearby We rode our bikes all the way down to the main boardwalk and it was so much fun

Summary: We loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and well equipped for our stay. I was so nice to not have to bring towels/linens or rent for our stay. Checkin and checkout were as simple as could be. Joseph communicated with us throughout our stay and was always prompt with responses.

Summary: The family enjoyed this nice Gem of a home that was steps away from the beach. When you walk into the home, it’s obvious to see the owner (Joe) takes great pride in maintaining it. As a family, we appreciated all the beach supplies that were made available for us to use (coolers, chairs, corn hole game, bikes, etc.). Also, I appreciated that Joe texted me occasionally to answer questions and ensure we had what we needed. If we come back to Atlantic City, I’ll definitely plan our vacation around the availability of this special beach home! Thanks Joe!
