Summary: We had a large get together for a 25th wedding anniversary. Plenty of room to eat, great outdoor space, everything in the house was provided and our guests enjoyed the space, plenty of room for lawn chairs and the view is spectacular. 4th of July fireworks was easy to see from Chamberlain bridge, nearby grocery and hotels if needed. we'll always rent here :}
