Negative: My only complaint is the wall clock in the bedroom tick tocks pretty loud when you're trying to sleep. A better location may be the kitchen.

Positive: The location was great, the apartment had a perfect layout, attractive design, thereโ€™s a nice TV with a plethora of channels. The shower has strong water pressure. Douglas was an excellent communicator and very helpful with recommendations.
Negative: I found the mattress too soft but thatโ€™s just a personal preference. The heat/cooling is noisy when it goes on. Itโ€™s fairly close to a popular road so at night there were car noises (as one would expect in a city). I wear earplugs so it didnโ€™t bother me much.
Summary: Great little apartment close to OSU. Host is a great communicator.

Positive: Our host, Doug, was phenomenal!! The weeks leading up to our stay, he was very attentive and communicative and helpful!! I had a few questions throughout our stay and his responses were always timely and helpful. The place was perfect- very clean and spacious and perfect for our OSU weekend. Bed was comfortable, soft sheets and towels, even cold water in the fridge!! Close to everything- campus, Short North, the stadium, downtown... you're basically in the center of it all at this place!! I would highly recommend and can't wait to come back to stay here!
Negative: Everything was perfect- Doug was a wonderful host and very attentive and helpful!!
Summary: Perfect rental and location! Clean, spacious, hospitable host. Everything was wonderful !
