Self contained accommodation sleeping up to 6 persons and perfect for Groups or Families.
This is a heritage listed original Railway Cottage and has been maintained with very comfortable furnishings, 3 double bed bedrooms, kitchen, lounge etc. Lock up shed for Bikes.
Cottage is situated 2 minutes from Waihi Town Centre and at the end of the Waikino - Waihi Rail line so ideal for Tourists, Bikers, Trampers etc.
It is situated next to the Waihi Railway station on Wrigley street in Waihi - you turn right at the station and go past a grassed campervan area down a gravel road. The cottage is 4th house along and has a sign hanging at the front gate. Drive into open gate and park on lawn.

Summary: We all thought 1st impression it was a very cute house. Very tidy and had everything provided for you. The host was very nice and just a phone call away. One thing that was mentioned was the number of the house wasnt visible for a taxi to know which house it was to pick us up at. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would tell friends of this cottage if they need to stay in Waihi.
