Positive: I loved the lobby and how comfortable it was. It was also a good value for what the hotel offered.
Negative: I was unfamiliar with the different neighborhoods so it seemed like it was hard to get to public transportation for me. I basically had to call ride shares to get around. It was basically located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Summary: Clean, comfortable and good value.

Positive: I like the loft style room, it’s cute. And I like how the bathroom is located in the patio, I just hope that there is more windows in the bathroom and in the room.
Negative: I really didn’t like the fact that the front door of each room does not soundproof at all! I stayed in the Rm 502, aka the room right across the waiting elevator area, I can totally hear people’s convo, as if there is no barrier in between me and where the talking noise came from. And I also don’t like the fact that they are still using the actual key system instead of giving their guest a key card. This is very old school and it’s totally a drawback.
Summary: I’d give them another try once they have better soundproofing and use a key card!

Negative: The rooftop was out of use.

Positive: The hotel’s interior architecture is beautifully designed, with lots of greenery and calming spaces in the main area. The room was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. Staff provided a free drink and oolong jelly every night which was a nice addition. I would stay here again for sure.
Negative: The room we stayed in, had the private bathroom located outside the room (accessible through a balcony). It was not too inconvenient but this meant that the bathroom felt hot from the outside heat.

Positive: Great stay and reasonably price! Very clean, ambiance is very nice with lots of plants, with a lot of sunlight— well designed. They even upgraded my room for free! Also i admire they use and promote eco friendly products. And their mattress and comforters are some of the softest ive used!!
Negative: They didnt have free coffee or tea and breakfast service. They gave you a stub for a drink which can only be claimed beginning 3pm, i think this aspect is the one that needs to be improved :)
