Summary: Five Star experience. Very comfortable, great facilities and staff. Two pools, roof terrace with a view to Mount Etna and the sea. Secure parking. Highly recommended.

Summary: Amazing hotel. Lives up to the reviews we researched before our stay. The staff are very helpful and the food is very tasty if you choose to eat at the hotel in the evening. A few things to be aware of: 1) it’s not close to lots of other bars and restaurants so expect to drive or take taxis to get about to the main towns 2) the two restaurants near the hotel were both enjoyable food but I would be careful of the bill - we were overcharged both times. 3) make sure you ask the cost of the taxi from the airport before you get in the taxi, we were overcharged by 40 euros as were other guests. It should be around 60 euros by taxi. However, an Uber is between 40-50 euros. 4) it’s very quiet and tranquil, be prepared to totally relax - some might find it a little too quiet. It’s a small hotel and very civilised which we really liked.

Summary: Well maintained hotel with very nice views! Reception staff were not very accommodating and give the impression that it was a chore to help or advise! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the food was very good with a wide selection! The location isn’t ideal for walking to the main centre and you will likely need taxis there and back.

Summary: Clean nice hotel and friendly staff. Amazing views of the sea and Mt Etna. Overall very happy with service especially room make-up. The breakfasts here are very good 👍
