Positive: Location and vibe. Grill house was an absolute blast. Feeling more like at summer home than in rented place. Amenities excellent, big yard. Decent Wi-Fi taking under consideration that mobile network is zero or close to zero bars for e few km. Private mountain peak accessible straight from the yard, perfect for a short hike.
Negative: Wi-Fi should be password protected, if had to use my laptop for work I would be a bit concerned about that.

Positive: The surrounding woods were ablaze with autumn colors, creating a breathtaking setting. The nights were peaceful and undisturbed. The location offered easy access to numerous tourist attractions and trails, and several decent restaurants were within a short drive.
Negative: The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping every 30-50 seconds. As we needed to work during our vacation, it was impossible to meet our professional obligations. My partner was forced to commute to local hotels and restaurants and work from there, while I had to reschedule important projects. It was very stressful. The water supply stained appliances and turned a concerning shade of yellow during cooking. We advise guests with sensitive skin, hair, or stomach issues to exercise caution. Additionally, the outdoor lights directly above the bedroom window remained illuminated at all times, which may be disruptive for those with sleep sensitivities or insomnia.
Summary: Excellent getaway, but a big headache if you need a reliable internet connection

Positive: lovely place for a short stay, located in a remote, quite area. I would definitely like to come back in a summer as well

Positive: The property is a lovely, complete, cottage, very much off the beaten track. It is very well equipped, very comfortable, and very cute. It was better provided with consumable items than we expected, which was super helpful, details like matches to light the wood burner, coffee machine, and dishwasher. The outside dining area with BBQ is good too. It was mild when we were there, but it felt like it would be good and warm in winter. Very peaceful, we saw only one other person in the whole week were there. WiFi was stable and fast enough for two of us.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like. Things to note: the track up from the main road is quite long and bumpy - not suitable for low slung vehicles. The light levels in the property are very suitable for chilling out and relaxing, it has lovely ambience, but if you wanted to work you might want to bring a small desk lamp.
Summary: A characterful and comfortable out of the way place to stay in and relax after a busy day.
