Positive: Very good location and excellent level of service. Our room was fabulous. Great views of the mountains.

Negative: Accessing the hotel car park in the rain was a bit of a pain..The access button is a bit inaccessible from the car which means you have to exit your vehicle to speak through it to reception. In addition having to pay €3 for a small bottle of water was, in my opinion, a bit cheeky when most other hotel chains offer free water as part of the room price especially in a Junior Suite.

Positive: Nice classic hotel with good customer service and nice staff. Very nice rooms especially the ones on the front side of the hotel. Convenient parking with EV chargers even fast

Negative: Not enough sockets especially close to the bed. Breakfast is nice but a bit overpriced.

Positive: The pool area was a Godsend due to the extremely hot weather. The location was perfect for the town/village where there were local restaurants and bars. Our booking was last minute and an excellent choice

Negative: Our only criticism is that it would have been good to have water provided in the room
