This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. We do offer a white noise machine by the bed.

Summary: Everything was great, made us want to think about studio living. They are very accommodating in items you may have forgotten. Music from the bar may be bother to some in the evenings but it was not a issue for us. We parked our car and everything was walking distance and we LOVED LOVED that so much. I would book this place again in a heart beat

Summary: Beautiful building and condo. Great location near the Silos, restaurants and a short distance to Baylor. Few downsides: early morning freight train whistle and loud music from nearby nightclub Thursday night ( no music Tuesday and Wednesday.

Summary: The studio was beautiful and very clean! It can be a bit noisy, so bring your sound machine! The location made it easy to walk to all the destinations we wanted to experience.

Summary: We stayed 4 nights at the condo for Baylor orientation and our son starting college. I thought he was supposed to stay in the dorms so I was thankful for the rollaway! It was kinda sweet having a a little studio stay over with our boy for an couple extra nights. The condo is ADORABLE and has everything that you would need for a trip to Waco. Everything about the access and communication was easy-peasy. The location is incredibly convenient to Baylor and although we didn't do the whole Magnolia & Silos experience this trip, I think it also would be a very convenient location for that, too. I wasn't there the first night, so I can only speak as a 3rd party reporter, but my understanding is that it is in close proximity to a very loud bar. The owner kindly provided earplugs. I imagine that if you're visiting with nightlife in mind, you won't be bothered at all. If you're visiting on the weekend and need quiet, early nights, I don't know if this is the place for you? For what it's worth, it is a 4-star place and I would definitely stay here again, especially if may stay was midweek--it was very quiet Sun-Tue nights!
