PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.
Pet Restrictions (per the condo HOA):
* 1 max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No dogs allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Summary: We have been coming to the beach for 20 years. We have stayed in many condos. This condo was just okay. The guest bedroom had worn out mattresses on the twin beds. No closet space in the guest bedroom or outlets for charging. More storage in the guest bathroom would be nice. The kitchen was not stocked to cook a meal, I bring my own cookware and utensils for this reason.

Summary: This was my first time visiting Orange Beach. I had a nice trip. The apartment is very clean, the location is perfect. You have stories, pharmacy and grocery stores across the street. The beach is private and very organized. I recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed the easy location of this property and the great beach access. I am not certain if all of the units are the same, but the second bedroom is small and this unit did not have a closet for the kids to put stuff up. It does have two twin beds, great for my son and daughter, but the mattresses are rather firm. The balcony has too many pieces of furniture, making it cramped for all 4 of us to sit comfortably. However the view is great!

Summary: One of the few rentals we’ve stayed at that the pics did it justice. View was beautiful. Oven door won’t open all the way because of the refrigerator. But that’s the only complaint. We look forward to staying there again!

Summary: the condo was perfect very clean and had huge bath towels which was a plus....the balcony was great for watching the dolphins and activity on the beach... the only downside was a refrigerator with no ice maker ...but we lived thru that ....our dog loves it here alot of doggies to be friends with...and loves the fresh air.... we have been coming here for 3 years now and always stay at silver beach..
