Positive: Clean and warm and ideal for me and ideal set up for us 4 friends getting together. Essentials there for us like tea coffee milk water crackers cereal was so appreciate.

Negative: My room 5 no bath towel but it was a perfect room for me. I brought hair dryer but there was one there would have been good to know. Other guests took our food and in fairness host left us stickers to put on our food. My friend in room 8 was freezing but in fairness my room was great. Host cleaning both mornings while we were there.

Positive: Great location. Clean and cozy. Quiet. Although I didn't get any morning snacks, a decent selection was provided. Courteous person at reception.

Negative: Seperate bathroom upstairs that doea not help. The shower was absolutely useless. It is very slow water and barely any pressure. Took ages to get the shampoo out. Frustrating!
