Summary: The location is excellent and the house is generally comfortable. However, it seems the house was not properly inspected and cleaned prior to our arrival. The kitchen was particularly neglected down to dirty coffee makers with mold in ground coffee inside. The house is walking distance to restaurants and commercial venues in downtown Silver Springs, which is great; on the other hand, it is located on a major trafficked street, which makes it quite a loud environment, noticeably more so when trying to sleep and when you also deal with the constant noise from an unusually loud refrigerator.

Summary: It can be a challenge to find a home which will accommodate several guests. This home was perfect for us- Attractive, comfortable and large open living room and kitchen and dining area. Contemporary kitchen. 4 good sized bedrooms. Parking for 3 cars. Host was super responsive.

Summary: Had a great stay here! Comfortable and updated home with great amenities. We were only able to stay for a few days but we were able to settle in right away. Had a wonderful time watching the dogs play at the dog park across the street. So sweet!! Thanks for a great time.

Summary: My family of 4, including a 10 and 8 year old plus my parents stayed here for 5 days for a trip to Washington, DC for spring break. It was the perfect place to stay! It was nice to be in a home where we could all be together in the evenings after spending the day in the city. It was nice to be able to have breakfast and cook dinner at the house in the evenings. The house is beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed. We did meet the owner one evening and he was very friendly and made sure to ask how our stay was going and see if we needed anything else. Would definitely stay here again!
