Positive: The room was VERY clean. Beds were large and comfortable. Everything was in order. Also, it was very quiet. Excellent motel.

Negative: $100 deposit charge was a surprise, but was returned promptly next day.

Positive: Price, availablity, location, short walking distance to beach, very comfortable bed, very friendly staff.

Negative: Blood through out bathroom, on floor, door jam and in tile grout. The downstairs, you could hear the people in the room above us. And our room was at the end, by the stairs, and you could hear people going up and down the stairs at all hours.

Summary: Great price, comfortable bed, good location, short walk to beach and friendly staff. Kinda noisy.
