Positive: Choose it without hesitaion plz. It is a fantastic experience. The owners are full of passion and kindness during our stay and helps a lot about our journey & schedule the breakfirst time . The garden and the local dedicates (lambs) are marvelous , and the hosts are so willing to share & hear & care . That's why it is not only an accommodations but also a wonderful experience to show the New Zealand hospitaility. Ps:The dog is really really really sweet.

Positive: We flew into Christchurch as we wanted to start our NZ adventure on the South Island. We arrived in the morning and Cathy & Grant let us check in early. Once settled, they suggested some ideas for that afternoon as well as several options for lunch & dinner . All of there recommendations were great. The location of the lodge is in a peaceful garden with a stream flowing through the back yard. We had a great night’s sleep as it has to be one of the quietest places in New Zealand. We spent the next day in Christchurch and a second peaceful night of sleep and we were well on our way to time zone adjustment and ready to explore more of the South Island. Thanks Cathy & Grant

Positive: The Lodge was beautiful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The location was idyllic. The breakfast was plentiful. A cooked breakfast was made to order, so, hot and fresh.

Negative: Cannot fault anything.

Summary: Kathy and Grant were exceptional hosts. Very kind and considerate to my needs.
