Summary: This property is beautifully decorated and has lots of living space. It's situated a little far from the noise and the main town area but only like a 4 minute drive It needs to be maintained or it will be a damper on the unaware travelers. The cons that we found to mess up our stay: *No hot water the first full day & had to take cold cold showers. *the jacuzzi did not work, could've keep the water in or the heat wouldn't work and the water was like ice. They came 3 times to fix it and it never got to work. *The air condition did not work in the living room/dining room. We'd have to leave the AC on in the 3 rooms and open the doors to cool the living areas. *there was a lot of humidity and it smelled throughout the apartment and we'd have to spray air freshener to mask the smell. *there was only one safe box in one of the 3 rooms and it didn't work/loco as it didn't have batteries and it wasn't bolted down. *the drinking water was connected to the fridge and didn't work either. So we'd have to flip a 5 gallon water jug to put some water in the fridge. *there was a wine cooler that also wasn't working, and when they tried to turn it on, it made a noise like a plane was inside the house. *the extractor or light over the stove didn't work so when you cooked the whole apartment would fill with the smoke from the food. A plus was that they had 1 or 2 women come from like 9am-11am to clean and be at your disposal. That was very nice. I think that there should be a way of calling them when you want them or come while you're out of the apartment like in hotels. But Fatima & Yokasta were friendly, helpful and very courteous. The owner, Maria Vittoria was nice and helpful since we booked this property on booking.com but she couldn't accept credit cards there and wanted a cash deposit to a bank so she changed the reservation thru VRBO.com. Although I text and called her about all these problems, she sent the maintenance crew which had no idea of how to fix anything and wasted our time as we had to wait for them to come, wait while they scratched their heads and "try" to fix these issues that most were never resolved. So it was a. It waste of time. Had we had more time to book, and knew of these issues, we would've booked elsewhere. This wasn't cheap either, we paid over US$400 per night. I think she should've reimbursed some of the money as these issues spoiled our weekend getaway. Hope this helps out the owner and future travelers!

Summary: we were a group of 3 adult women. the unit is huge with open floor plan and each bedroom has its own bathroom. the unit is located almost across from beach and the pool is practically outside your door as is parking in case you are driving. the unit is very well maintained and has everything you will need for a luxurious stay. washer/dryer/A/C, viking appliances, wine cooler, gas stove, microwave, cable tv and wifi! we are very impressed. the outdoor terrace has seating for 8 for dining and a full outdoor living space with jacuzzi tub. the only small concern was the water pressure in the midlde bedroom, it was very low. I didnt even bother to address it since we were a small group, we shared a bathroom among two of us. no big deal and I know if I had mentioned to Maria, she would have addressed it immediately. Maria,the owner is probably the easiest and most reliable vrbo owner I have had the pleasure of working with...thank you for everything, it was a very memorable trip.

Summary: Wow, what a great place you have! Couldn't have made our vacation any better. It felt like home. Our family of four came with my sister's family of 5 and there was plenty of room in the villa to sleep, entertain and move around. Very impressed with the Viking kitchen appliances, wine chiller and the decor both inside the villa and outside on the private patio. Loved all the modern fixtures in all the bathrooms, the tiling. Need to rethink my house.... The villa complex was awesome. Security is ever present both on the beach and throughout the complex grounds. Pools were immaculate, landscaping breathtaking. The workout facility was clean and well maintained and adequate. Best part after a day on the beach, relaxing in pools, eating out was coming back to the outdoor patio and relaxing while the kids played in the private jacuzzi. Patio was big enough to accommodate kids and adults. Loved having maid service every day! She was very sweet and hard working. Other features we liked was the hotel security safe in master bedroom and the extra fan in the living area. Just perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us and we would like to make a return visit next year!

Summary: Apartment is well kept and equipped, very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Maria Vittoria was very helpful and responded our questions very quickly via email. We had some problems with the wifi during our stay and she make sure it was fixed. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone.
