Summary: It has a clean, beautiful swimming pool and playground for kids. The spring mattress is a bit soft and pillows are too firm.

Summary: I enjoyed my time at this hotel. They provide free water daily which is nice. The bathroom includes a western style toilet, which is good for me. Hot water isn't available 24 hours a day, so make sure you note the times it's available if you want to enjoy a hot shower. My main concern was that my sheets weren't changed unless I requested it. I had to place my sheets in the hotel provided laundry bag before I received new sheets. The on site restaurant had fantastic food and decently priced as well. The room had an american style plug in the bathroom and european style plugs in the bedroom. I brought my own adaptor, but they have some available on request. Overall, this was a good stay and I would definitely book again.

Summary: Hotel view is great. Facilities are also good. Staffs are nice except for counter staff a bit cocky. This hotel is good especially for people who want privacy because it is away from the main street of Brestagi.

Summary: This hotel is in a quiet area a bit out of the city of Berastegi. It has a resort atmosphere with a wonderful pool and amazing view.

Summary: From the time we checked in until our departure, the staff was uniformly friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The hotel is in excellent condition, the room generous, and the breakfast a feast. The only negative is that the WiFi did not serve the room, and we needed to go into the hallway or lobby for service. Other than that, the hotel can be recommended without reservations.
