Summary: The property was lovely and well maintained, with a gorgeous view down the valley to a bay of Conjola Lake. Though we were only there for a night, arriving in the evening and leaving around 9am the next day, my wife and I were very happy with the accommodation. It was just off the Princes Hwy in the hills north of Ulladulla, yet it was very quiet... except may the Kookaburra that woke us the next morning perched on the railing outside our door. It was a lovely encounter with the wildlife. Check in and out was contactless and very straight forward. The continental breakfast was simple and delicious, though we did have a little trouble with the coffee machine, a very helpful young man overseeing the property was quickly there to help us out. I would love to come back and stay here longer, both to look around area and make use of the amenities on site. All in all a top notch place.

Summary: Perfect for sleep and go. Compact, clean and smart unit. All kitchen and sink amenities but no chair or desk/table to sit at. Key card from drop box, no reception. Beautiful rural surrounds.

Summary: Good recommendation for dinner at Mollymook. Not worth to spend $400 to stay in a budget room(downstairs room are lower class room-from the owner)They are good people with very critical attitude with our request.Check-in is complicated because of system failure. With the keys, we can’t open the door, waited for help and the owner used another key to open the door and told me because if I did not pushed hard enough.LOL Wrong tv remote controller was left on the table, and they told me because I did not use the matched one (which was not existing in my room before).There was half little tub shower gel left instead of a Shampoo.After I called them 2X times, (1x was connected to voicemail and 15mins late called again since no one repl)the owner came and asked: happy now? We are very busy, you can’t keep calling us.I felt self-doubt if I did anything wrong. It was the first day of new year, and I was being educated to plan my trip in advance and should not have a last minute trip.The owner talked to my kids in a nice way but I was very disappointed to be told to control the kids be quiet and care of others even my kids did not do make any noise at the very first beginning. The tile floor is very slippery if wet, room is dark even lighting. Turn on air-conditioning is very necessary for vandalism. When showering, the old hot water system was not setting properly as it was too hot for my kids and they got burned a bit. Leakings from the big pipe of the shower annoying. 㻉適䶎虓絯

Summary: Quiet, beautiful location giving you a taste of the country with luxury. It’s not too secluded which I liked very easy drive back to Mollymook, dining places and shopping.
