Hello!! We are Matt and Stacy. We would love to invite you to enjoy our single family home in Bridgetown! Having grown up in Cincinnati, Stacy is very familiar with the area and spent much of her life making memories all throughout this charming city. Whether you are in town on business for a couple days, visiting family for the holidays, or hoping to stay in an extended capacity, we would love the opportunity to have you call our house home. We're excited to have you!!
The space
The Property is a single family home on a nearly half acre lot. Three bedroom single story house with a full finished basement. Street and driveway parking. Ramp to the front door. Front door opens to Living room and kitchen with open floor plan. Hallway off the kitchen leads to primary bedroom, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, hall closet, and full bathroom. Kitchen has sliding glass door that leads to spacious, relaxing deck, patio with basketball hoop and large back yard. Off kitchen is also stairs to finished basement. Basement has laundry room with a half bath attached. In the common area of the basement are a table with extension to seat 7 comfortably and a wall mounted TV with streaming services. There is also a couch with a pull out sofa sleeper Queen bed.
I am a tall fella at 6'2 and I absolutely despise pull out beds. This pull out mattress is the best one I've ever slept on. This sleeper is equipped with a gel mattress and I endorse it fully.
This home is also ideal for those looking for 0 step living. A ramp to the front door, wide doorways to the the primary bedroom and bath and a zero entry deck make it accessible for all.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to guests except the garage. But I assure you, it is just a garage.
