Welcome to The Americana! Our charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat blends modern comfort with nostalgic Americana charm. Conveniently located just 10-15 minutes from the majority of Cincinnati's attractions, it's the perfect home base for your adventures. With three beds available, there's plenty of room for everyone to rest and relax. This unit is located on the top floor of a multi family home in a quiet neighborhood just 13 minutes from Paul Brown and TQL Stadium. Two bedrooms, two queen beds, dedicated workspace, full bathroom. This home was completely renovated beginning in early 2022. Almost everything is brand new. Three Roku TV's in included with very fast wifi. This unit will sleep five people comfortably. Many popular restaurants are within walking distance: Sebastian's Gyros, Price Hill Chili, the original Larosas' Pizza, Tacos Time, and many more.

Summary: Nothing fancy about this apartment but, fancy is not what I needed. I needed a clean, safe and convenient place to stay that was close to the event in Cincinnati and this little apartment was all the above. Plus the owner was quick to respond to my questions. Thanks!

Summary: Clean, secure, quiet and a perfect layout for privacy with a central family space. Kenny provided very clear check-in instructions, and was available for any issues or concerns. We were in town for a concert at Riverbend Music Center, and the drive was an easy 20 minutes, with restaurants still open after the show. A great stay!

Summary: The property was only minutes away from all the sites we wanted to see. Offstreet parking was a plus. The owner was very responsive and answered all our questions without hesitation. The place was very clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. Water pressure in the shower was great and there was plenty of hot water. There was no stove in the kitchen but a large toaster oven and hot plate were provided. Listing stated it was an upstairs unit but, to make others aware, they are steep stairs. Laundry was in basement along with a vending machine which was a nice surprise. We were very happy with our stay and plan on staying here again next time we are in Cincy.
