This beach cottage has stunning views of the ocean/beach and is the perfect vacation spot within steps of the beach and close to Flagler Avenue with shops, restaurants and nightlife. Home features 1,000 sq.ft. of outdoor space (patios and covered decks) and 1,000 sq.ft. of indoor space; terrazzo floors with oversized floor to ceiling sliders, beach views from living room and 2nd bdrm. Enjoy the sunrise with morning coffee, the days lounging in the sun and enjoying all the activity/views. and the evenings having cocktails and grilling. Mast bdrm has queen and private bathroom. 2nd bdrm twin beds with blowup mattress for guest - bathroom is shared. Monthly stay includes cable tv, internet and utilities (tenant pays for utilities over $150/month which rarely happens). Pets allowed. If more than one pet, please reach out to manager.

Summary: We absolutely, thoroughly loved our stay! The proximity and the views of the ocean were gorgeous. We became quite attached to the sweet Golpher tortoises that roamed the dunes with us. We’ll treasure the memories.
