Single Story 3 bedroom Located in Safe Harbor Townhomes just off of 11th. Swimming Pool. with Kiddie Pool.
Built in 2005 this beautiful home in Safe Harbor Port Aransas has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and shared Swimming Pool with kiddie splash pool.
Living Area
Enter the front door and you are greeted with tile floors that flow throughout the main living areas. There is a high-end queen sleeper sofa and a second sofa to provide plenty of seating for the 65" flat screen TV equipped with cable. FREE WIFI throughout.
3 Bedrooms
The large master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and king size bed with a 39" flat screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with ocean themed bedding and a 32" flat screen TV. Both TVs are equipped with cable. The third bedroom, featuring a 32" smart TV, has a comfortable memory foam Queen sized bed and looks out onto the patio.
2 Bathrooms
The ensuite bathroom in the master has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bathroom is accessible from the living area and contains a tub/shower combo. A full washer and dryer are tucked away behind doors adjacent to the bathroom.
Kitchen
The beautiful kitchen opens onto the living area and is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator and a dishwasher. A microwave sits atop the electric range, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pans and dishes. For coffee lovers, both a Keurig and a coffeemaker are available. The table in the adjoining dining area seats eight. A large pantry is available for guest use.
Pool/Outdoors
The large, fenced, partially covered back porch has fun furniture and opens to the sidewalk to the pool. Use the hose to wash off beach toys after a fun day. Feel free to bring your own BBQ Grill.
Parking
There is ample parking for 2-3 vehicles in front of the unit, depending on their size. Sorry, no garage access, no boats or trailers are allowed per HOA rules.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Summary: I booked this home for very specific reasons. It was my dads 75th birthday and I wanted a unit on a ground floor, that allowed dogs, golf cart ride to the beach, and had a recliner for my dad to sleep in. We hit it on almost everything. The house does not have recliners like in the photos. Everything else was spot on. The property was not spotless, there was a smell in the fridge of fish, the dishwasher was super stinky and had not been run, the shower in the master had hair on the wall and the wash rags were stained. That’s the bad…absolutely everything else was great! Quiet, comfortable, well stocked, comfortable beds, easy access, fun little pool, nice parking and very convenient to everything. Maybe an update to your photos and a better cleaning service and I would be at 5 stars all the way!

Summary: Location was great. I loved that this unit is a one story, with little ones thats important. Tha master bed eas comfortable but the other two bedding could use toppers. They were way too firm. Unit was clean except the floor. The floor looked clean but the moment we took off our shoes, our feet turned black! Very grimy!
