This home is located in the Powell Valley neighborhood of Gresham, about three miles south of Troutdale and the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The whole Portland region is at your fingertips, whether you want to hike in the Gorge, explore Powell Butte Nature Park (five miles west), or head into downtown Portland (18 miles west). Gresham also enjoys a straight shot to Sandy (10 miles southeast) and the other towns on the slopes of Mt. Hood.

After a summer day spent marveling at the cascades of Multnomah Falls, come home to take a dip in the community pool, grab a change of clothes from the private washer/dryer, and unwind outside on the front patio or on the back deck.
