This home is located in the Powell Valley neighborhood of Gresham, about three miles south of Troutdale and the mouth of the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. The whole Portland region is at your fingertips, whether you want to hike in the Gorge, explore Powell Butte Nature Park (five miles west), or head into downtown Portland (18 miles west). Gresham also enjoys a straight shot to Sandy (10 miles southeast) and the other towns on the slopes of Mt. Hood.
After a summer day spent marveling at the cascades of Multnomah Falls, come home to take a dip in the community pool, grab a change of clothes from the private washer/dryer, and unwind outside on the front patio or on the back deck.

Summary: Nice property. Clean. Close to family and friends. We kept up. Could use some written instructions, e.g. trash pickup, wifi password, visit end cleanup.

Summary: Would recommend a carpet clean, quite spotted. had to communicate three times with Vacasa to get 4 digit code for locks on garage and front door. they kept sending a 10 digit code that looked like a phone numbrer and insisting it was the one to use. finally Vacasa customer service provided the correct 4 digit code. Overall, location great for venue attended, services ( restaurants, stores, etc). Unit size and amenities ideal for us. Couldn't enjoy very nice patio (too hot) . Garage parking was great for security.
