Positive: The host Leticia was very nice and helpful. Her first concern was getting me settled when I arrived. She also helped me order food delivery and order a bot taxi for the ride back to the airport. It was nice to have the pool to relax in while I was waiting for my flight.

Negative: I had to get a taxi from the airport and the rate sheet said $40 to Sinza area. It was farther from the airport than I realized. The taxi could not find the place and no one answered the phone when we called. So I had to pay extra for getting lost and the taxi only takes cash. Leticia called BOT to take me back and that was only $7. So use the BOT app to leave the airport not the onsite taxi. Also, at the hotel they only wanted to take cash and not my credit card, which I experienced at another hotel. So be prepared to pay cash for things.

Negative: WiFi wasn't good i had to call the staff frequently for connection, some staffs are not aware of their job, the security at the get is a catastrophe,.
