Summary: The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was basic but spotless. My upgraded room had unlimited hot water but a smaller water heater in the basic room was useless. The beds were on the hard side, pillows too large for my liking and I had to ask for TP every second day for 7 days. Finally, the property’s numerous dogs and at least one rooster provided a reliable alarm clock from around 2 am to sunrise.

Summary: Sipanya Guesthouse was a real find- the property was spotlessly clean, the room was comfortable and breakfast in the hotel was excellent. Our host Abe was absolutely wonderful. He picked us up at the bus station and made us feel very welcome. We also booked a full day tour of the Plain of Jars and other nearby sights with Abe - it was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, and gave a very full informative tour in English.

Summary: The owner ensures a very high standard for guests to stay. The bedsheets are clean. The outdoor areas are esthetic with nice environment. Nice place to stay if you are visiting the plain of jars. Free pickups. Highly recommended to stay if you are around Phonsavan,Laos.

Summary: The area is very quiet and nice. Staffs are very friendly and always there for us. They are able to communicate both in English and Laotian. I been there for 10 days and will love to go back to same hotel again. Keep up the good work.

Summary: We have stayed at Sipanya Guesthouse for three nights. We were picked up at the airport and driven directly to the guest house by the very friendly owner Abey. During our stay he organized and drove us for two full day tours in and around Phonsavan. He really gave us a deep insight into Lao Living and Culture. We got to see all the highlights of the region. In addition, we had homemade Lao breakfast every morning One evening, when we had finished dinner in town, the guest house picked us up as the rain poured down. All in all a pleasant stay

Summary: Guesthouse Sipanya was almost like a family stay. They take care of every need in a personal way. Rooms were clean and complete. I highly recommend taking the very reasonable day tours offered by the Guesthouse. Mr. Souk us a warm and intelligent guide who spoke excellent English.
