Positive: Breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the place was very clean, smoking area outside accommodated the smokers and set away from the rooms. The house was safe with secure parking, albeit at street level.

Negative: Not much that I didn't like except that I thought it was a self-catering venue but that was not their fault especially as they accommodated my faux pas and put my perishables into their freezer throughout our stay.

Summary: Stay was good, would definitely consider them in future.

Positive: Nice and quiet. Nice and airy room. Fresh bedding. Had an excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly. Had a good stay.

Negative: Would have liked a little fridge to keep water cold. We are non smokers and it wasn't nice to constantly get smoke through the windows even in the middle of the night when other guests sit and smoke at our door.

Negative: steep stairs to upstairs room. room were not cleaned properly.

Positive: The room was spacious and comfortable. We visited during a heat wave, so for us, the air-conditioning was a major plus point. Temperatures reached up to 40 degrees Celsius, which is very unusual for Lambertsbaai, so air-conditioned did make a huge difference.
