Positive: Excellent hotel, food was high quality with plenty of choice. Staff were always polite, friendly and attentive.
Negative: Some mealtimes were crowded and chaotic.
Summary: My third visit to this hotel and it gets better each year

Positive: The bohemian duplex was lovely and they have a separate restaurant by the beach for the bohemian complex which is less busy from the main one!The food was great, the service at the beach also great too!overall a nice relaxing experience.
Negative: The staff in some of the facilities were a bit rude and in other occasions when we wanted to ask a simple question for example where is the restaurant they wouldn't help. The cleaning is daily but one day they didn't come and we had to escalate to the supervisor. Generally speaking the service is a bit slow.
