Located in a very quiet and strategic area as it is close to the Terme di Virgilio, which can also be reached on foot in 8 minutes and close to the center of Colombare di Sirmione and the Lugana di Sirmione.
Stop a few meters from the BUS which also leads to the historic center of Sirmione.
1 reserved parking space in the internal courtyard.
Communal swimming pool open from late May / early June to late September.

Summary: Upon arrival Paolo and Anna gave us a friendly warm welcome and showed us around the apartment and how things worked. We really enjoyed using the patio for breakfast and evening meals. The pool was perfect, clean and well presented with sunbeds available. The kitchen was compact but everything was there that we needed for our stay using the local supermarket which is a short walk away. The apartment was air conditioned which was bliss. Pablo, Anna and Michela were great hosts and responded quickly to any questions we had. Thank you for a great week we would definitely stay here again. Kathryn and Tony

Summary: Great central location for visiting the Lake. Apartment was spotlessly clean and well provisioned. Paolo, Annapaola and Michela were very friendly and helpful. We had a great 6 night stay and would recommend the apartment - it was good to have an outside area to sit and relax, it was also very close to the local supermarket and was walkable to historic Sirmione. Verona was 45 mins away by car and Venice was easily accessible by train from Peschiera Del Garda train station. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Villa Lucrezia is a very nice and recommendable apartment. The lessors are really marvellous and we could ask them for help or insider leads at any time. Their flat is furnished with love, so after a few hours we felt at home. It is also useful to have the two bikes. We discovered Sirmione by bike and handled the traffic jam around the historic centre of Sirmione. The next supermarket is about five minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our holidays and are looking forward to come back again.

Summary: The flat was clean and tidy. We liked its pretty and plain interior. The colours of furniture, towels and wall match. We could relax every day on the big and nice terace and refresh ourselves in the pool. The owners of the appartement were very polite and helpful. We can definitely recommend this appartement, if you want to make holiday in Sirmione!! Thank you, Paola and Paolo, for a great week! We will come back. :)
