Positive: I think in all the many many places we have stayed this was the cleanest and most well maintained ever! I actually asked if we were the first visitors! And just everything was tip top— probably used a sharp knife for the first time in a rental. Motion activated hall light for when you get up to use the wc in the middle of the night. Things like that. Netflix on a huge tv. Comfy sofa and bed. All just excellent. And the owner is the best! Friendly and helpful. Location is great too. You are centrally located in this small town with a tiny view of the harbor. Also there is a very large open garage next door which locks and is easy to access.

Negative: The only thing I can mention is that you are on the third floor with no lift. We did not notice this before booking but it’s not a deal breaker for us.

Summary: Truly immaculate and comfortable apartment in a great location.
