Positive: Very nice area with the river, had nice walks along it and even breakfast on the steps next to the mill. The cottage is very close to the river, and there are very charming little streets around. The nicest host we've ever encountered so far in all of our stays, so welcoming and warm.
Negative: It is an old house and smells a bit but after keeping the windows open it's fine. Would not recommend if you have allergies but otherwise it's very charming and well situated.

Positive: Sisley Cottage could not be better located in the absurdly charming historic core of Moret-sur-Loing. It is tastefully decorated, well appointed (the two bathrooms, one on each floor, are a desirable feature), and only the shortest walk to shops, restaurants, and the stunning riverside area. Pretty much the only sound breaking the extraordinary silence of the little lane is the periodic pealing of bells at the magnificent church a stone's throw off -- lovely ambiance by several measures. But one would be remiss not to applaud the amiable welcome and warmth shown by Agnes (fluently bilingual) who remains ever ready to lend any assistance. All at a modest price. Highest recommendation. Mille mercis!
Negative: As is all older cities, in the historic core parking is difficult to find. Fortunately, there is a spot almost always free right in front of the cottage. Just be ready to navigate a narrow lane. One quickly masters it, such that I would never decline on that basis the opportunity to stay there.
Summary: In this remarkably attractive town, you cannot do better at this price. And the hosts are the best!

Positive: Friendly owners- Agnès and Peter were very accommodating. The home is very clean, nicely furnished with modern bathrooms and kitchen , beautiful location - a short walk to the river in the hidden gem of Moret-sur-Loing. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples or small families.
Negative: Parking in the street is available but a bit of a narrow road so may be a challenge for some.
Summary: Highly recommended!
