Positive: We used this as an airport hotel, as we had a very early flight. The neighborhood is nothing special, but the apartment was perfect. Roomy, well-equipped, clean and comfortable. Wished we’d had more than 12 hours there! Grilled chicken restaurant down the street provided a tasty dinner!
Negative: As mentioned before, neighborhood was nothing special. We had some trouble getting the app for the front door lock to work, but our contact person was able to open it remotely for us, smoothing out the problem. And a personal minus was the air freshener, which I immediately unplugged and opened windows to dissipate the too-strong smell.
Summary: Airport convenient, very well equipped pied-a-terre.

Positive: Comfortable, spacious apartment with a nice view of the city. The air conditioning works well, and communication with the host was excellent. The apartment is located in a relatively old building from the second half of the 20th century, which adds character and gives you a chance to experience the real Lisbon
Negative: Since the apartment is located in an older building, the elevators are unfortunately quite slow and may feel a bit stressful. The nearest metro station is about 900 meters away, so it takes a few minutes to get there. One of the beds was slightly damaged, but the host promised to take care of it right after our departure — we ourselves suggested that no immediate fix was needed
Summary: Comfortable, spacious apartment with a nice view of the city.

Positive: The location and communication with the owner were good.
Negative: The building and apartment smell of mold. All windows are facing railway, trains pass loudly - impossible to sleep with open windows. Hotel would have been a better option for a short stay.

Positive: good communication, easy and automatic check in. The apartment has elevator and necessary facilities/ equipment, spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Near a park that we can walk to in 10min
Negative: the building is a bit old, but the apartment is clean and good condition. The bathroom in the master room is a bit smelly.
